Refund and Cancellation Policy
EducationToday maintains a limited refund policy and requests that all users carefully review the following terms before making any payment on the platform.
Refunds will be considered only in cases where multiple payments have been made for the same application or transaction. In such instances, users must raise the refund request within 2 working days of the transaction. Once approved, the refund amount will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original mode of payment.
No refund shall be provided for any application fee or payment made towards the completion or submission of an application form. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and verified before final submission.
Once an application or transaction has been submitted successfully, it cannot be amended, modified, or cancelled, and no refund shall be issued for such cancellations or changes.
Please note that specific terms, conditions, or refund policies mentioned on individual service pages, or separately agreed upon before, during, or after a transaction, shall prevail over the general terms stated in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
EducationToday reserves the right to revise, modify, or update its services, policies, terms and conditions, including refund and cancellation policies, at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review the latest applicable terms before making any payment on the platform.
